Monitoring consumption

Reducing consumption, in particular of electricity, is an issue of considerable interest, being linked to the question of greenhouse gas emissions. Remote control monitoring supplies a tool for understanding the level, profile and the critical areas for the collection and intelligent management of  environmental and power data from our homes, workplaces and buildings in general. This information is of fundamental importance for planning strategic intervention in the energy consumption of large buildings. Arké offers to monitor energy consumption through efficiency programmes, remote control and adjustment mechanisms aimed to upgrade energy consumption.

These software programmes allow the user to save through the monitoring of consumption and the rational use of resources. Together with specific hardware, the software enables the analyses on which to base a diagnosis (and support energy-consuming businesses and local authorities that need to carry out an energy audit) to maintain efficiency with regard to light, heating, gas and water consumption.

The measurement and accounting of energy consumption, therefore, enables the energy manager and the technical staff to privilege efficient energy.

Arké supplies HW and SW support, as well as specific knowledge in the sector so as to:

• identify the utilities and  energy consumption processes, classifying them in order of merit;
• reveal and calculate the cost of the consumption of power plants in general;
• visualise, in real time, energy consumption and the performance of environmental parameters;
• carry out analyses and reports with the aim of understanding the data and identifying possible savings;
• define and monitor saving projects in order to carry out conversions;
• update and improve existing plant.

The aforementioned systems support our work in the analysis of energy management systems, identifying anomalies in the production process and allowing the creation of energy saving models.
